At Akaya Bracelets, every bracelet is carefully crafted and energized with intention. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund and return process.
RETURNS
→ We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
→ You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
→ Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
→ An unboxing video is mandatory to validate any return or damage claim
Customized or zodiac-specific bracelets are non-returnable, as they are made specially for you.
REFUNDS
→ Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
→ Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
→ Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
→ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Astrological results and energy alignment experiences may vary from person to person; hence refunds are not applicable based on personal beliefs or expectations.
REPLACEMENT
We offer replacement instead of refund for eligible cases:
→ Damaged product
→ Manufacturing defect or Incorrect item delivered
→ Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after approval.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
→ Customized / zodiac-specific bracelets
→ Items damaged due to improper handling
→ Products without original packaging
→ Orders without an unboxing video
